"epilot" is a registered trademark of epilot GmbH (EU trade marks 018958829 and 019031292). All rights to the epilot name, brand and platform belong to epilot GmbH.

epilot-berater.de is an independent offer of DigitalFreedom Global LLC and is not operated by epilot GmbH. Marcel R. G. Berger works with epilot as an external consultant and developer for apps and customisations. This implies no formal partnership tier, no certification and no endorsement by epilot GmbH.

The epilot platform can only be licensed from epilot GmbH directly. epilot-berater.de does not sell or resell epilot licences. Work on the epilot platform is carried out only in cooperation with epilot.

This website uses neither the epilot logo nor illustrations or imagery from epilot. The name epilot appears only to describe the services for epilot customers accurately.

2. Purpose and scope

This notice clarifies the relationship between this website and the third-party trademarks, brand names, programs or products referenced on it.

The Publisher applies EU trademark law (Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 on the EU trade mark and Directive (EU) 2015/2436) and the nominative-fair-use doctrine as its baseline standard and additionally observes the trademark and fair-use rules of every jurisdiction in which the website is made available.
